National Park Glenbrook Entrance to Euroka Picnic Area - Glenbrook Blue Mountains.Time: 3 Hours Grade: Easy Distance: 6kms Return Swimming: No, But just down the hill before you begin there's water. Camping: Yes you can camp at the Euroka which is at the end of the walk, But you need to book it. Location: Drive into the National Park, $7.00. Or you can walk from the car park down the road not sure how much long the walk will take, but there's some big hills. Drive down the road past blue pool, and you will then cross the river/creek, go straight up the hill about 80m and it's just there on your left. An easy walk traversing Heathland and Ironbark forest, ending at Euroka Picnic area which was originally used by the Darug people as a camping ground. A good place to observe grey kangaroos which were introduced into the area in 1968. Please do not feed these or other wildlife as it could be injurious to their health. Seen a baby Brown Snake, but was to fast for me to get a snap, and also seen a Red Belly Black Snake which also moved quick so i couldn't snap a shot, it was about 1m long.
